Acting as lead counsel, the team was responsible for drafting an MOU that includes both public-sector authority and private foreign investment obligations, as well as regulatory structuring for project-specific SPVs and financial instruments. The firm was also engaged by Aqaba Development Company (ADC) to draft and negotiate an agreement between the client and Egypt Gas Company to facilitate the supply of natural gas to the Al-Quwaira Industrial City in Jordan. The agreement outlines the legal framework for constructing a natural gas pipeline network, associated infrastructure, and a monitoring and control facility, ensuring compliance with both international and local regulations governing the gas sector.
