In banking, a recent cross-border highlight saw the firm advise Ibukota Development on providing a loan for the acquisition of land and related assets to develop residential and commercial properties in Jakarta. In another significant deal, the firm advised the Export-Import Bank of Malaysia on providing an Islamic financing facility to Impiana Seminyak for the acquisition, renovation, and working capital of the Villas Bali Resort & Spa in Indonesia.

In M&A, the firm worked on various high profile cross-border mandates alongside highly regarded law firms. A representative deal saw the firm collaborate with Rajah & Tann Singapore in advising the Power Solution Division of Johnson Controls in connection with a proposed joint venture with a battery manufacturing company.
