Higgs & Johnson served as counsel to a confidential client in their role as Administrative and Collateral Agents in a complex Sixth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement for a major cruise line. This involved 10 vessels and the meticulous registration of second and third priority mortgages, alongside collateral deeds of covenants and insurance assignments for each vessel. The firm adeptly secured necessary consents from existing lenders and coordinated with local counsel and the Registrar of Ships to ensure the new security maintained equal standing with existing notes under an intercreditor agreement.
