Hanžeković & Partners represented Eagle Hills Group, a luxury real estate developer based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in the acquisition of a 100% stake in companies Sunčani Hvar PLC and Sunčani Hvar Real Estate Ltd. The team advised the client in renegotiation of the deal structure including creating a security package for an advance payment of the purchase price and the readjustment of the transaction documentation. The transaction was valued at $230 million and closed in February 2025.
The firm was also engaged by LNG CROATIA LLC in the development and operation of a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal. The team is responsible for preparing a new tender for the operator and drafting of the new O&M contract, which will include the expansion of the terminal’s capacity and the incorporation of additional services. The project is currently ongoing and led by partner Jasminka Čorda Truhar.
