Over the research period, the corporate and M&A team advised on complex cross-border transactions, for buyers and sellers for clients connected with technology and communications, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial services, banking, industrials and manufacturing sectors. In addition, the team assisted in institutional investments involving English law.
