In project development space, C&G Law is advising a leading Philippine power generation group First Gen and FGEN LNG on the various aspects of an over $1 billion Liquefied Natural Gas infrastructure development project with onshore and offshore components. Once completed, the onshore facilities and the offshore Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) component will be among the first of its kind in the Philippines.
