Founded in 2005, Gagrats is an Indian law firm based in Mumbai. The firm also has an associate office named Gagrat & Co in New Delhi.    

The firm is strongest in its banking and finance and project development practices, it also offers a broad-based practice cutting across a wide range of legal disciplines from finance, M&A, private equity, capital markets, securitizations, and project development.

The project team has been representing foreign and domestic power companies and state electricity boards on IPPs, cogeneration projects, solar and wind power projects, and nuclear power projects. Additionally, the team has been active in advising on infrastructure projects.
