Highlights  

In banking and finance, a prominent recent work includes advising as Bulgarian law issuer counsel to Energo – Pro and its Bulgarian subsidiary, Energo - Pro Varna EAD in connection with the issuance of €300 million Guaranteed Notes. Notably the guaranty provided by the United States International Development Finance Corporation is the first of its kind in Europe and was shortlisted for the IFLR Europe Awards 2024 in the debt and equity transaction category .  

In M&A, the team advised Villeroy & Boch on a notable cross border acquisition of Bulgarian Ideal Standard –Vidima AD. The transaction is valued at €660 million.
