Highlights

Partner Mika Lalaouni, assisted by associate Isidoros Skavdis, advised Indogreece Project 1 on the issuance of a USD670,000 bond underwritten by Seneco Holding ZRT. The bond was issued to provide liquidity to Indogreece Project 1 and was subordinated to loans granted by an external financing bank. The deal closed on December 2024.

Panagiotis Drakopoulos and Mika Lalaouni, supported by Georgia Konstantinidou, Sofia Angelakou, and Eirini Galanou, advised Marsh McLennan/Guy Carpenter & Company on the acquisition of the remaining 51.5% stake in Carpenter Turner. The deal closed on January 2025 for USD26 million.

A cross-departmental group of corporate, energy and regulatory lawyers, led by Partner Mika Lalaouni, advised the Hellenic Ministry of the Environment and Energy on the Apollo programme, which aims to reduce energy costs for vulnerable consumers and municipalities.

Zoi Nikolaidi joined as a senior associate in the corporate and M&A department from the Special Office of the Secretary-General for Transport, Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport in January 2025.
