Founded in Dublin in 1992, Dillon Eustace is focussed on advising for investment funds and private equity clients and is led by managing partner Donnacha O'Connor. The firm has expanded internationally since the end of the last century, opening offices in Tokyo, New York, and the Cayman Islands.  

  

Highlights 

In banking and finance, the firm has active role on real estate financing matters such as its ole as legal advisor to Fine Grain Property on its secured financing of a portfolio of office premises at Plassey Innovation Campus. The transaction represents the clients largest financing to date.  

The firm is particularly active in investment funds. A recent example of the firms activity in this area is highlighted in its establishment of an Irish Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Fund to collect European investment.
