Dentons' Qingdao office was established in 2009. The office includes a team of more than 130 talented lawyers who graduated from outstanding universities both at domestic and abroad, and has already become one of the leading offices in nouthern China. Jinan Office

Dentons Jinan Office is one of the largest and leading law firms in Jinan. It was founded in 2006, at present there are 161 members, including 142 lawyers/legal professionals (including 38 partner),  11 trainee lawyers, and 8 administrative staff. It is located in Yulan plaza next to Jinan municipal government, with about 2000 square meters. The vast majority of lawyers have law bachelor degree or above, with nearly half of the lawyers with master in law degree or above, a number of lawyers have overseas education background, and a few lawyers are arbitrators, and a few lawyers are appointed as directors, vice directors or committee members in Jinan Bar Association and Shandong Bar Association. In 2019, at the ceremony of the 40th anniversary of the reestablishment of lawyer system, Dentons Jinan Office obtained the honor of "Outstanding Law firm of Jinan”.

Recent transactional highlights：

1. Acting Weihai Daewoo Electronics Co., Ltd. appeared in court at the Tokyo International Arbitration Tribunal of Japan to participate in arbitration, counterattack the malicious collusion between Japanese and Korean enterprises to initiate an arbitration case against Chinese enterprises, so as to safeguard the rights of Chinese enterprises in overseas international arbitration.

2. The acting Laiyang Winery Limited Liability Company and Chen xxx filed an enforcement objection to the court. After the original district court overturned the case in the first instance, the intermediate people's court maintained the second instance, the provincial higher court and the Supreme Court retried, and finally turned defeat into victory.

3. Acting Qingdao Zhizhao Venture Capital Co., Ltd., in the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, filed an arbitration case against Dong xxx and Bai xxx in the dispute over the transfer of shares.
