Founded in 2001, DSK Legal has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad. The firm has grown rapidly on the strength of its expertise, to a multi-disciplinary team with more than 250 lawyers, including 53 partners.

The banking team acts for both borrowers and lenders across the spectrum of banking and finance matters. 

In projects, DSK Legal regularly acts for government bodies, concessionaires and contractors in a wide array of matters including tenders, bids, consortium arrangements, EPC contracts and concessions and regulatory matters. The firm has a close relationship with the government and acts for government bodies on the majority of its deals. 

In restructuring work, the firm advises applicants, debtors and resolution professionals across a variety of sectors.
