CFB Lawyers

CFB Lawyers is a full-service law firm located in the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The firm was founded in 2021 by former Manuela António lawyers and local notaries partners Hugo Maia Bandeira, Bernardete Fan and Victor Castro. CFB Lawyers integrated the Asociación Europea De Abogados international lawyers' network in 2023 as a member for the Macau SAR. 

Highlights 

One of the firm’s specialties is advising on financing transactions, capital markets, advise and assist lenders as well as corporate and individual borrowers in all types of financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, syndicated facilities and debt issuance. In the Aviation sector, the firm has extensive experience in advising on leasing, charter, acquisition, disposal, and registration of private and commercial aircraft, engines and ground handling equipment. 

Additionally, the firm is active in corporate M&A as well as the insurance sector, regularly handles non-contentious compliance concerns, and issuance of licenses for life-insurance or non-life-insurance businesses.
