  • Acted as Mauritian corporate adviser to Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited (Grit) on its listing on the London Stock Exchange. Among the advisory work, C&A Law also conducted the corporate due diligence on Grit and more than 24 Mauritian subsidiaries. Grit is the first Mauritian company to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.  
  • Acted as Mauritian adviser to the Helios group in respect of the issuance of $600,000,000 senior notes and the provision of upstream and downstream guarantees.

  • Acted as Mauritius legal advisors to Toro Gold Limited in relation to a project term loan facility pursuant to which Taurus Mining Finance Fund L.P acting through its general partner Taurus Mining Finance Fund GP Ltd (“Taurus”) as lender has agreed to provide to Bambuk Minerals Limited, a Mauritian entity, facilities in the aggregate amount of USD 100,000,000.
