• Advised Grit and all its 23 Mauritian affiliated companies by undertaking a comprehensive due diligence exercise towards the listing by Grit of up to 250 million shares on the London Stock Exchange. 
• Advised Multiples Private Equity Fund III Limited, a closed-end fund, in connection with an equity investment of up to US$35 million and a targeted US$750 million India-focused private equity fund ($850 million hard cap).
• Advised ChrysCapital VIII, LLC, an investment fund, in connection with a targeted $700 million in capital commitments.
