The banking team was primarily active in the acquisition financing, asset financing and financial restructuring domains.

In M&A the firm worked primarily as local counsel on a high number of acquisitions, investments and divestments for such reputable clients as EQT. The firm was especially active in real estate.

The firm is also visible in equity capital markets where it worked on several IPOs and delisting.

In the funds area the firm worked for, typically multinational, clients on a wide range of matters including fund set-up, funds restructuring and assistance on regulatory matters.

The firm recruited Caroline Petit into the M&A team and Erwin Sotiri into the banking and finance team while Nicolas Widung departed the firm during the research period.
