Benchmac & Ince is a bespoke law practice established to meet the dynamics of modern day business and to deliver professional services. With its Nigerian roots and world class ideals the firm is purposely structured along 3 service lines-Public Private Partnership and Infrastructure; Intellectual Property and Corporate Services.

Realizing that the potential for Nigeria as a major player in global economy lies in the provision of an enabling environment and the requisite infrastructure, we focus on bridging the infrastructure gap through our strategic support in the provision of legal services to the GON and the private sector. We have built capacity in infrastructure project finance and development; power project finance and documentation including EPC and O&M contracts, power purchase and the early termination agreements; privatization and M & A

The strength of our Practice lies in the depth and variety of experience and exposure in structuring transactions that have become defining landmarks.
