Highlights  

Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm advised their client, a large industrial company, on their project to develop solar frims in order to meet its energy requirements. The team also assisted the client in procuring the financing for the project as well as engineering, construction, and commissioning of the power plant. The transaction closed in May 2025 and was led by Chadia El Meouchi and Walid Honein.
