Badokh is a boutique specialising in restructuring work also recognised for its work in finance and M&A. 

During the research period the firm advised borrowers, arrangers and lenders in the financing for purchases, acquisitions and real estate transactions. 

In capital markets the firm provided regulatory advice to the issuer ZOOT, a distressed e-fashion and home décor company, on its subordinated bonds issue amid its ongoing restructuring. 

In M&A the firm advised the sellers, buyers and investors in acquisitions in the energy, real estate, infrastructure and machinery sectors, including transactions for distressed companies. It also worked closely with Bohemia Energy in establishing joint ventures. 

In project development the firm mainly worked in energy and manufacturing sectors, though all deal details are confidential. 

In restructuring and insolvency it advised debtors-in-possession and distressed companies in reorganisation. It worked with a hard coal producer, machinery and engineering product supplier and automotive suppliers. 

In staffing changes Michael Mullen, a partner in banking and finance and M&A, joined the firm from PwC Legal, Josef Otčenášek, a partner in capital markets, joined from Rutland Ježek, while Robert David, a partner in bank finance, left to join Wolf Theiss.
