Astrea is a boutique Belgian law firm with a team spread between Antwerp and Brussels offices. It was founded in 2006.

In the financial and corporate domain, the firm’s focus is on banking and M&A work. 

Its banking team specialises in financing work including secured lending, asset-backed finance, consumer finance, real estate project finance and refinancing, as well as financial services regulatory engagements. Sectoral strengths include automotive and real estate. 

The firm has one of the largest Antwerp-based corporate and M&A teams. It advises buyers, sellers and investors on a high volume of transactions, and has a strong international reach with a wide network of international law firms and dedicated German and French desks.
