Altius assisted Barclays with the (re)financing and financial structuring of INEOS Group. The assistance included negotiating the Belgian law aspects of various credit, bond, and related security documentation. The deal closed in April 2024 and involved jurisdictions in Belgium, USA, and UK.

The firm also advised Indufin Investment Fund in the acquisition of cybersecurity specialist . The firm advised on all M&A aspects of the deal, including NBO, legal due diligence, binding offer, negotiations, acquisition agreement, (re-)investment agreements, management agreements, and closing. The deal closed in January 2024.

Elsewhere, a team acted for SpeedPark, part of Otium Leisure, on the acquisition of Lindy, the owner of the ImagiPark amusement park in Mons, Belgium. The firm advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting and negotiation of documentation, due diligence, and financing. The deal closed on January 2024.
