The banking practice was active in supporting lending transactions for several landmark projects in Jordan. It was predominantly active on the lender’s side, advising local lenders and international developmental institutions.

In capital markets the firm worked on the lion’s share of the major international capital markets issuances out of Jordan including private placements.

In M&A, the firm advised buy and sell side clients on several deals, including notably the acquisition of O&M contract and associated assets of First Solar by NovaSource.

Counsel Tareq Madanat joined the financial and corporate team while senior associate Zade Chalhoub departed the firm.
