During the review period, the firm was active in restructuring,
financing, and acquisition deals for clients in the real estate, technology and telecommunications, industrials and manufacturing, energy and food and beverage sectors.
The firm’s banking team advised on a wide range of financing and refinancing
transactions including assisting clients in financial services regulatory work. The team particularly worked on asset and project finance transactions acting on both
lender and borrower’s side.
The M&A practice of the firm was also seen advising on few private and asset acquisitions, and joint venture mostly for sellers but also acted for acquirer and joint venture partner.
The restructuring and insolvency practice of the firm was very active during the research period with the firm advising mostly on
