• Advised a sub-national government in respect of commercial term loans in the sum of N250,000,000,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Billion Naira) provided by a consortium of commercial banks for economic and social infrastructure projects. The transaction included the restructuring of the borrower’s existing debt obligations to the various banks and structuring new loans.
