Founded in 2015, ADWISE Consulting is a full-service law firm with an office in the capital Yerevan and ample experience across a range of corporate finance transactions. During 2024 - 2025 the firm supported clients on debt mandates, including new financings, refinancings and financial restructurings. The firm has also been advising clients on M&A and project development agreements, and due diligence.

Key clients in 2025 included United Gold, Amber Capital EU-Armenia, EBRD, Eurasian Development Bank and Air Arabia.
