Laurus Properties acquisition of portfolio from Geneba Properties

Overview:

• Real estate investment and management company Laurus Properties acquired a portfolio of properties from Geneba Properties in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for an undisclosed amount.
• The portfolio included 44 assets with a total area of 72,000 m².
• SEB acted as a lender on the deal.
• Though the amount was not disclosed, it was confirmed to be one of the largest real estate deals in the Baltics of recent years.
