  • Hoist Finance, through its SPV Mars, has acquired an unsecured NPL portfolio from Banco BPM for €641 million.
  • The portfolio is made up of 1800 positions.
  • Banco BPM was advised by KPMG. Hoist was advised by PwC.
  • The deal follows the acquisition by Hoist in October 2016 of an NPL portfolio from Banco Popolare.
