AddLife Nasdaq OMX Stockholm IPO

Overview:

• AddLife has launched a $2 billion IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.
• The IPO came about as the company was spun off from Addtech.
• The company also undertook a $300 million share rights issue, which was completed in April/May 2016 following the IPO.
• Handelsbanken Capital Markets acted as financial adviser to Addtech and AddLife.
