AMIC Energy Management $280 million acquisition of Lukoil Ukraine

Overview:

• Sector focused private equity firm, AMIC Energy Management, acquired Lukoil Ukraine from the Russian oil and gas group's Netherlands holding company, Lukoil Europe Holdings, for $280 million. 
• Lukoil Ukraine comprises a network of 240 petrol filling stations and six petroleum tank farms.
• AMIC, which invests in energy projects and businesses in Central and Eastern Europe, has rebranded the business AMIC Ukraine.
