Overview:

• OW Bunker Group filed for bankruptcy in November 2014. Since then it has been engaged in ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• A November 2014 Bloomberg article reported that the company filed for bankruptcy a few days after a report of alleged fraud. 
• A few months before the company filed for bankruptcy, it went public with an IPO in March 2014.
