Dolphin Energy $863 million refinancing

Overview:

• Dolphin Energy has taken out $863 million in new financing.
• The funds will be used to refinance the existing financing taken out in connection to the Dolphin natural gas project, a pipeline supplying 2 billion cubic feet of gas from Qatar to the UAE and Oman.
• The project is managed by a joint venture made up of Mubadala Development Company, Total and Occidental Petroleum Corporation.
