Overview:

  • French agricultural cooperative group InVivo secured financing with an aggregated value of €800 million. 
  • The financing came in the form of a €680 million loan from a syndicate of 12 banks, and a €120 million Euro PP bond issue made up of two €60 million tranches of six and seven years.
  • Caisse régionale de crédit agricole mutuel de Paris et d'Ile-de-France and Natixis acted as coordinators, mandated lead arrangers and bookmakers for the syndicated loan. 
  • Natixis and Crédit Agricole CIB acted as lead managers for the EuroPP.
