Enter Air WSE IPO

• Enter Air has raised about Zl98 million in an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
• This included an issue of 7 million shares at Zl14 per a share.
• The company will use funds raised from this offer to fund six new aircraft.  
• IPOPEMA Securities acted as offering agent.
• Bank Zachodni WBK acted as manager.
• 1.5% of shares were allocated to individual investors and the rest were distributed to institutional investors.
