Bilkent Integrated Health Campus €1.1 billion PPP project

Overview:

• The Bilkent Integrated Health Campus is the world's largest greenfield health campus.
• The external financing for the project is €890 million, along with €222.5 million raised through equity.
• It is a public-private partnership (PPP) project and will contain the new Ministry of Health within it once completed.
• Lenders to the project were DenizBank, Finansbank, Türkiye Garanti Bankası, Siemens Bank, Türkiye İş Bankasi and UniCredit Bank Austria.
• It is part of the Turkish Ministry of Health’s $10 billion plan to deliver 29 PPPs and 41,000 new hospital beds, a programme that also includes the Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus.
