Overview:

  • Uniwheels, a European manufacturer of aluminum wheels, has raised Zl504 million ($140 million) in its IPO in Poland and listing of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
  • It was the largest IPO this year in Poland, and was the largest IPO offer for the shares of a German company on the Polish capital market.
  • The transaction was offered to retail and institutional investors in Poland and via private placement for institutional investors outside the United States—excluding Poland—in accordance with Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933. 
  • Dom Maklerski mBanku acted as global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint offering agent; while mBank acted as underwriter, and Bank Zachodni acted as the joint bookrunner, joint offering agent and underwriter.
