Overview:

  • Snam has updated its EMTn programme and issued two new bonds.
  • The issues consists of a €1.25 billion fixed rate issue due in October 2026 and a €500 million fixed rate issue maturing in 2020.
  • BNP Paribas is arranger and joint lead manager.
  • The proceeds from the bond issues will be used to buy back existing bonds.
