Overview:

Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC acquired property company P3 Logistic Parks from TGP Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge for €2.4 billion.
P3 owns a number of logistics parks across Europe.
The deal represents the largest real estate acquisition ever in Czech Republic.
In Italy the logistics centres were located in Piacenza, Bergamo and Varese.
Since P3 was bought by TPG and Ivanhoé in 2013, the size of the company's property portfolio has more than doubled.
