Eurazeo, the owner of French industrial laundry company the Elis Group, successfully launched an IPO for the company on to the regulated Euronext Paris exchange.
The final price for the offering was set at the bottom of the initial range, with a share value of €13.
The company raised €700 million, setting the market capitalisation at €1.48 billion.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking also acted as joint bookrunners.
