Overview:

  • Eurazeo, the owner of French industrial laundry company the Elis Group, successfully launched an IPO for the company on to the regulated Euronext Paris exchange. 
  • The final price for the offering was set at the bottom of the initial range, with a share value of €13. 
  • The company raised €700 million, setting the market capitalisation at €1.48 billion. 
  • BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking also acted as joint bookrunners.
