Overview:

  • Project company Atlandes successfully refinanced an existing loan, received in 2011, that had been extended to finance the concession of the A63 Motorway section between Salles and Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, in Bordeaux.
  • Atlandes' shareholders include Colas Sud-Ouest, Aximum, Spie batignolles, NGE Concessions, Egis Investment Partners France, European Motorway Investments and DIF. 
  • The refinancing comprises an €860 million credit facility with a maturity of 25 years, made available by a pool of international lenders and institutional investors. 
  • Gide advised Atlandes on its relationship with the French government.
