Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has acquired Motor Fuel Group from Patron Capital for £500 million.
Motor Fuel Group is the second largest independent petrol and convenience retailer in the UK with 373 sites, in addition to operating a dealer network of more than 200 sites.
