Air France-KLM secured a €7 billion state-aid financing after COVID-19 restrictions saw a dramatic decline in airline travel.
The financing comprised a €4 billion loan from a syndicate of six banks backed by the French government and a direct shareholder’s loan of €3 billion from the French state.
