Odessa Riviera Shopping City €52.5 million financing

Overview:

• Novi Biznes Poglyady, the owner and operator of Riviera Shopping City in Ukraine, has received a €52.5 million loan facility from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). 
• The proceeds will be used to expand the lease area of the shopping mall and for financial restructuring purposes
