  • Through a joint venture, Austrian real estate group SIGNA and Thailand retailer Central Group have partnered for the acquisition of Globus, a Swiss luxury retail chain owned by Migros, Switzerland's largest retailer.
  • Globus is known for its luxury clothing, jewelry and office supplies.
  • Eight associated real estate properties, formerly owned by Migros, were also included as part of the acquisition.
