Cloud computing platform UCloud Technology has launched a $283 million IPO on the Shanghai stock exchange's STAR Market.
This is the first cloud computing company in China to go public, as well as becoming the first company with a dual-class share structure to float shares in the mainland.
UCloud provides cloud computing products such as IaaS, PaaS, big data exchange platform and AI platform, and the raised funds will be used to enhance technology development and build new data centres.
