Overview:

  • Abertis Infraestructuras has acquired a 50% stake in Autopista Central from Alberta Investment Management Corporation for $1 billion.
  • Autopista Central is a six lane and 61km highway in Santiago.
  • As a result of this transaction, Abertis Infraestructuras owns the entire concession which is set to expire in 2031
