Cardiff Central Square development

Overview:

• The £400 million Cardiff Central Square development is the largest privately funded regeneration project in Wales.
• Legal & General is the developer and contracts have been exchanged on the final phase.
• The developments include 318 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments, the largest BTR provision in Wales, 100,000 square foot of office space and a new bus station.
• At over 500,000 square foot in total, the site has two large office spaces funded by Legal & General with occupiers including Credit Suisse Asset Management and the UK government.
