- The Dutch arm of Sika, Sika Capital, has issued a €1 billion bond in two tranches.
- The bonds are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
- The tranches are: €500 million 0.875% notes due 2027 and €500 million 1.5% notes due 2031.
- Sika aims to use the net from the bond offering to partially finance the acquisition of Parex Group which took place in early 2019.
- Sika acted as the guarantor on the issue.
