ERG acquisition of six wind farms in northern France

Overview:

• ERG has acquired six wind farms from Swiss fund Profond Finanzgesellschaft in the north of France with a total installed capacity of 52MW.
• This acquisition is subject to the approval of French Ministry of the Economy and Finance and is expected to be closed in the second quarter of 2019.
