UTE GNA I Geração de Energia 1.3GW LNG plant

• UTE GNA I Geração de Energia, a special purpose company (SPE), obtained a $470.2 million (R$1,762 billion) credit facility to finance the construction of a 1.3GW thermal LNG plant at the Açu Port.
• The SPE is controlled by Gás Natural Açu, which is a joint venture formed by Prumo Logística, BP and Siemens. 
• BNDES, Brazil's national development bank, acted as lender and KfW IPEX guaranteed the loan.
