Overview:

European Investment Bank (EIB) has invested €50 million in Inven Capital.
Inven Capital is a clean energy and smart technology investment fund, controlled by Czech energy company Cez.
Cez will invest an equal amount in Inven under the terms of the agreed deal.
The European Fund for Strategic Investments is acting as a guarantor.
