EIB €50 million investment in Inven Capital

Overview:

• European Investment Bank (EIB) has invested €50 million in Inven Capital.
• Inven Capital is a clean energy and smart technology investment fund, controlled by Czech energy company Cez.
• Cez will invest an equal amount in Inven under the terms of the agreed deal. 
• The European Fund for Strategic Investments is acting as a guarantor.
